The Rhythm of Wholeness, written by Dane Rudhyar, is often considered to be the most influential and comprehensive piece of philosophical and metaphysical writing produced in the 20th century.

You have to let go of the unreasonable expectations that you have for other people to fulfill demands that only God can fulfill. John 15:11 says, “I have told you everything so that my joy may be in you and so that your joy may be full.” This is why I shared this information with you.

Finding perfect gratification in the knowledge that we have of God is the path that leads to joy. If you want to be healed and find contentment in your life, you can only rely on God to provide such things for you.

It is said in Psalms 107:20 that “He sent forth his word and healed them; he saved them from the tomb.” He ensured that we had the means to revert back to the initial blueprint. You may not determine our value based on our physical appearance, our effectiveness at work, our level of happiness in a particular relationship, or any other factor other than our status as a child who is dearly loved by God.

In the book of 2 Corinthians, chapter 5, verse 7, it says, “We live by faith, not by sight.” 6. Do not continue to assert that it is impossible. We have a responsibility to accept the liberty that Jesus Christ grants to us, which is to be loved and forgiven regardless of our actions, and to demonstrate our appreciation by pursuing a lifestyle that is beneficial to our health.

The Bible tells us to “cast all of our worries on him because he cares for us” (1 Peter 5:7). When we are unable to forgive ourselves, Jesus sets us free from the bonds that bind us. Our insecurities are alleviated by his guidance and support. Don’t make other people the priority in your life.

Instead, you should make it your goal to satisfy God by discerning and carrying out the goals he has set out for your life, regardless of what other people may think. In the book of Psalms, chapter 94, verse 19, it says, “When concern was strong within me, your comfort gave delight to my spirit.” He provides solace for the sense of futility we have.

When an unhealthy concept enters your mind, stop what you’re doing and evaluate whether or not it’s accurate by asking yourself, “Does this thinking align with the word of God?” Psalm 42:5 says, “Why are you feeling so miserable, oh my soul? Why am I experiencing such unrest inside myself? Put your faith in God, since I shall eventually give thanks to him for being my savior and my God.” Use the words of God to have conversations with yourself.

The struggle takes place in our thoughts. According to the scripture found in 2 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 5, “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every mind in order to make it subject to Christ,” What kind of debate are you having with yourself internally about who you are? Do it away with.

What we declare about ourselves might be referred to as our “pretension.” Do it away with. 10. Keep in mind the following: Brokenness is the result of the devil’s attempt to obscure what God wants you to know about who you are in Christ through thoughts that lead to brokenness.

However, you have the ability to choose to perceive that you are complete in and of yourself. Wholeness should be your goal rather than perfection. Be careful to take in your entire appearance whenever you gaze in the mirror, since this can help you avoid making embarrassing mistakes.

Notice that you are a whole human being who, by the grace of God, has made it through yet another day. Do this more than you notice the one thing that you wish you could alter. When you reflect on your life, have this frame of mind with you at all times.

Even though the previous month was difficult for you, you still made it through all thirty-one days of the month. Even if your most recent employment wasn’t exactly what you were looking for, it was still a valuable learning experience for you. Even though your life hasn’t turned out exactly how you imagined it would, the fact that you still have it at all is something you should be thankful for.
